Standard Operating Procedure Bricksaw

Workplace Health and Safety has conducted a comprehensive job safety analysis for operating a bricksaw, e.g. cutting bricks and how to change a brick saw blade with risk control measures developed for identified hazards per WHS hierarchy of controls.

  • WHS consultation with employees on health and safety matters to identify potential hazards with operating a bricksaw and ensure electrical hand tool safety

How to Use a Brick Saw

Bricksaw SOP shall assess the risk of high-risk activities with the operation of a bricksaw.

  • Pre-operational inspection of bricksaw
