Electrical Plumbing Group as a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) is subject to laws imposed by both statute and common law.

  • Electrical Plumbing Group and its line management representatives, and officers are answerable within the courts, for the performance of its statutory public duties and behaviour as a corporate citizen engaged in dealings with other citizens and the community.

Onus of individuals

Where a person under the authority of Electrical Plumbing Group commits wrongful acts, Electrical Plumbing Group and its line management representatives and officers shall to some extent be held responsible.

  • Electrical Plumbing Group may through the actions of persons within its employ or agents incur a vicarious liability.
