Current vacancies
We are seeking experienced technical writers who will primarily be responsible for the writing and provision of technical and user documentation for new product releases and ongoing maintenance of existing educational and learning documentation to accommodate updates and enhancements as and when required.
Location
Brisbane office and web based writers.
Candidates
As a candidate you will need to:
Have an eye for detail and have commercial experience in a complex systems environment;
Work closely with software developers as well as support personnel to extract the necessary information to develop technical learning systems from these technical resources;
Maintain content and general usability of learning materials.
Skills required
Accuracy and interest in details (attention isn't enough, you have to like details);
Clear written expression;
Ability to develop information by independent research/investigation;
Ability to obtain information from persons in an informal team environment.
Desirable qualities
Knowledge of Windows servers and databases;
Knowledge of programming/scripting.
